One minute you are on board an exclusive superyacht, another testing a new surfboard, and later learning about yacht fractions all under the roof of the same building? Yes, this and much more is possible at “boot Dusseldorf 2014,” International Boat Show and water sports trade fair. Held annually in Messe Dusseldorf, Germany, the trade fair attracts more than 200,000 visitors each year together with exhibitors from over 50 countries. With nearly 220,000 square meters of presentation space, boot Dusseldorf boasts an array of international brands in almost every maritime segment. A particular highlight for visitors is an opportunity to witness first-hand an exceptional selection of new yachts and water sports equipment. Smart Yacht, an expert in yacht fractions ownership, will be a part of this year’s industry gathering, exhibiting from 18-26 January, 2014 at stand in Hall 7a/ C01.
The first Dusseldorf boat show saw the light of day in 1969 and in 1972 even served as a forum for preparations for Summer Olympics. Over the years, the fair has become the benchmark for international water sports and boat industries, showcasing its most recent developments. Halls dedicated to all aspects of yachting and diving tend to be the most popular with the visitors. Therefore, numerous luxurious yachts, high-end boats and tenders will be on display, teasing visitors with their undeniable appeal. Though owning a boat as such may seem like an unreachable dream, Smart Yacht will be there to share their expertise in the affordable yacht concept to the attendees seduced by the charm of the yachts or those, who have long been interested in affordable yacht ownership. For those who already own a boat, exhibitors in halls 11 and 12 will provide all the necessary information pertinent to value-retaining maintenance.
The icing on the cake is the “Experience 360° watersports” segment of the fair, where one can visit a Sailing school or a Diving center. In an indoor pool located in Hall 14, visitors can try out water sports equipment under the guidance of professional trainers.
Visitors of boot 2014 will be able to educate themselves on a variety of maritime topics, try out new equipment, feast their eyes upon world’s best boats and yachts, and get an expertise on how to maintain their boat or make an affordable yacht purchase.
